The First International Conference on Innovation in Biomechanics and Biomaterials (ICIBAB 2019) which will take place in Oran April 10-11, 2019 is part of an overall approach in the fields of biomechanics and biomaterials. This conference will provide an opportunity for the scientific community to present its recent research, to explore new concepts, methods and tools specific to this exciting, strongly interdisciplinary field of science and engineering. Thus, to discuss certain topics of current events: innovation, creativity, development, image processing, design, prototyping, intelligent biomaterials, ergonomics, prosthetics and orthotics, robotics, etc.

In this context, the objectives of ICIBAB 2019 are threefold:

- The promotion of scientific research on topics specific to the field of biomechanics and innovation in biomaterials.

- Dissemination of knowledge and know-how related to the field of applied biomechanics and biomaterials.

- The valorization of the results of research work  through experimentation, publications and industrialization.
